By accepting and using KnB Keepers’ services, the Customer agrees to these Terms of Service and Conditions, which define a scope of cleaning, billing practices, Customer responsibilities, and related
policies.To increase the repeatability of services, KnB Keepers may request keys or access codes to the Customer’s property.

Monthly Subscription and Scheduling

KnB Keepers cleaning services are contracted on a monthly subscription basis, at a standard rate of US$299 per month, billed on a recurring monthly cycle. As an introductory offer, new subscribers receive a one-time, exclusive discount on the first month of US$40. Once subscribed, the service automatically renews unless the customer cancels the subscription in accordance with the Terms of Service and Conditions. 

This monthly subscription allows for weekly cleanings, where the Customer and KnB Keepers will define a fixed day and time of the week. This schedule cannot be changed, except if it is permanently moved based on schedule availability, with the agreement of both parties and at the beginning of the next billing cycle.

Weekly visits made by KnB to the customer, for the purpose of performing the service contracted herein, on the fixed date and time agreed upon, will be automatic and will occur regardless of whether they are requested.

The number of cleanings performed per month, resulting from automatic weekly visits by KnB Keepers, will depend on the availability of the Client or authorized access (through keys or codes), as well as whether the spaces are in suitable conditions to receive the cleaning, as described in this Terms of Service and Conditions.

The price of the monthly subscription is fixed and is not related to the number of cleanings performed per month. Therefore, under no circumstances may the monthly amount paid to KnB Keepers, regardless of the number of cleanings performed per month, be subject to requests for refunds, financial credits for future cleanings, or even the request for replacement cleanings.

Scope of Services

KnB Keepers offers recurring cleaning services exclusively for kitchens and bathrooms.The first cleaning will be a deep cleaning. Subsequent cleanings will be standard cleanings.

Cleanings will be performed by one or more cleaners.After the initial deep cleaning, the interior of refrigerators and ovens will be cleaned on a rotating schedule, with a minimum of two weeks between cleanings.

Does not include: Bedrooms, living rooms, dining rooms or any other areas of the home, personal cleaning tasks, loading and unloading dishwashers, or any other cleaning services not specified in these Terms and Conditions.

Client Responsibilities

If during the automatic weekly visits made by KnB Keepers, the cleaner is unable to enter the home to clean, due to the Client’s unavailability, locked doors, retained keys or any other impediment, the number of weekly cleanings during the month will be reduced.

Clients are expected to prepare their homes so that our cleaners can work efficiently. All countertops must be cleared of dishes or other items, and all dirty dishes must be washed or placed in the dishwasher. Pets must be confined for the safety of both the animals and our cleaning staff.

Safety and Refusal of Service

KnB Keepers reserves the right to refuse service in cases of: loose pets, the existence of scenarios considered unsafe for our team, parts of the house being under construction, or the kitchen and/or bathrooms being in a situation that requires deep cleaning, without KnB Keepers having been notified in advance, to make the appropriate price estimate.

Payment Process and Price Adjustments

All payments are processed via the credit card on file. Billing occurs monthly on the same date, five days prior to each new billing cycle. If payment fails, KnB Keepers will contact you to arrange an alternative method.

In the event of non-communication or non-payment, the Customer’s subscription may be put on hold and their regular cleaning appointment may be lost.

If KnB Keepers decides to change the subscription fee, a notification will be sent via email. The subscription will renew at the updated rate unless the Customer chooses to cancel before the next billing cycle.

Cancellation and Refunds

If you wish to permanently change your cleaning day and time, please contact us to see if alternative slots are available. If you decide to cancel your subscription, you must do so at least ten days before the start of the next billing cycle. Once the new cycle charge has been processed, there will be no refunds for a partially used month. We do not issue refunds for missed cleanings, regardless of the reason for the missed appointment.

Dissatisfaction and Recleaning

We do not provide refunds if you are unhappy with a cleaning. However, if you are dissatisfied with the quality of a particular visit, contact us within twenty-four hours of the service and include photographs of the areas in question. We will reschedule a cleaning session for those specific areas within forty-eight hours at no additional cost.

Damages and Claims

If you discover damage or breakage after a cleaning, please document the incident and notify us. If you believe that repair or replacement is needed because of the cleaner’s actions, you may submit photographs and complete our Claim Form. KnB Keepers cannot be held responsible for damage caused by cleaning products unless you have previously informed us in writing that certain products are incompatible with your surfaces. We will review your claim and conduct an inspection to determine whether restitution is appropriate. If we find that restitution is warranted, we may offer up to $500 in direct reimbursement. If the damage exceeds $500, we will refer the matter to our general liability insurance carrier for further resolution.

Privacy and Communication

KnB Keepers respects your privacy. We collect and store your personal information, including addresses and payment details, in compliance with our Privacy Policy. By subscribing, you consent to receive text messages, phone calls, and emails that are relevant to scheduling, service updates, or other announcements related to your cleaning service. If you wish to modify the types of messages you receive, please contact us using the information provided above.

Termination and Dispute Resolution

KnB Keepers reserves the right to terminate any subscription due to non-payment, breach of these Terms of Service and Conditions, or if we encounter unsafe conditions or inappropriate behavior. If you choose to terminate your service, you must do so at least ten days prior to the next billing cycle. We do not issue refunds once billing has been processed. In the event of a dispute, we encourage mediation before taking legal measures. Should a legal dispute arise, New Jersey law will govern any claims, and any legal proceedings will be conducted in the jurisdiction of the state of New Jersey, USA.

1. This campaign sends SMS Notifications, Alerts & Occasional Marketing Communication to customers who have opted in to receive SMS notifications.

2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Simply text "STOP" to the shortcode. Upon sending "STOP," we will confirm your unsubscribe status via SMS. Following this confirmation, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. To rejoin, sign up as you did initially, and we will resume sending SMS messages to you.

3. If you experience issues with the messaging program, reply with the keyword HELP for more assistance, or reach out directly to [email protected]

4. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for messages sent to you from us and to us from you.
